  • Approval If your profile aligns with our criteria, we'll approve it within 3 working days. You'll receive a notification via email and SMS. Additionally, you'll get Franchise Agreement, List of Services, and Training Programs. Plus, you'll receive a Login ID and Password to access your franchise panel dashboard.
  • Refundable Security Deposit and Brand License Fee Once approved, you'll be required to submit a refundable security deposit of Rs 35,000/- along with a one-time brand license fee of Rs 15,000/- +18% GST within 5 days. As a token of our partnership, you'll receive a Franchise Partner Certificate, along with other essential materials and access to our cutting-edge CRM System.

    • Upto 5 years. Thereafter renew for every 5 years.
    • Training is free of cost. Detailed terms and conditions will be shared with you if your profile is approved.
    • Yes, 35,000/- which is refundable.
      Taking a security deposit safeguards against potential losses in professional fees if franchise partners engage in unauthorised activities
    • The Brand License Fee supports various essential aspects of our franchise system, including the integration of our online systems, setup costs for our CRM and Office Management system, as well as the registration of your FinTax Local Office on Google Maps.
      Moreover, upon payment of the Brand License Fee, you'll receive:
      a) A Franchise Certificate
      b) Office Sign Board
      c) Banner, visiting cards, and other office accessories
      The Brand License Fee is Rs 15,000/- plus 18% GST.
    • Prior experience in the related field is not mandatory, but a minimum prescribed educational degree or work experience is required to start. We conduct regular learning and skill development programs to train franchise partners, enabling them to serve clients proficiently across multiple services. GST or Income Tax Consultants must have their own Return Filing Software, as we do not provide any Compliance Software.
    • Under Learning and skill development program, we give Practical Training, Learning and Exposure in different segments-
      Company and Firm Registration - Learn practical how to form company in India, Registered Partnership Firm, LLP.
      GST – Registration and Amendment, Return Filing.
      Income Tax – Return filing of Individual, Company and Firm; TDS/TCS return filing, certificate generation; Revised Return Filing, Reply against Notices; Tax planning.
      PF/ESI – Registration, Amendment and Return filing.
      Professional Tax - Registration, Amendment and Return filing.
      Accounting & Book keeping.
      Various Registrations – Learn registration process and requirement of Shop & Establishment registration, Trade License, Drug License, Import-Export Code, Food License, ISI Mark, MSME, NISC, etc.
      JOIN SESSIONS TIME TO TIME - LEARN - BUILD SKILL - GET PRACTICAL EXPOSURE. After sometimes you would be able to manage client by yourself. Our 100% GUIDANCE AND SUPERVISION 365 days.
