Criteria to become an Associate Consultant

Chartered Accountant
Must be Registered member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)
Cost Accountant
Must be Registered member of The Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India (ICMAI)
Company Secretary
Must be Registered member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
Lawyer
Must be enrolled with Bar council of India and/ or District/State Bar council in India
Financial Adviser, Investment Adviser, Valuer, Merchant Bankers, Insolvency Professional, Patent & Trademark Attorney
Registered Valuer or Merchant banker, Investment adviser or Financial adviser, Insolvency professionals, Patent & Trademark Attorney having Registration or License to do practice from its governing body in India.
Must have good track records in practice.
Other Registration or Licensing Consultants
Consultant of Drug License, FSSAI, Import-Export, DGFT, WPC, Intellectual Property, BIS, etc. must have relevant experience for minimum 5 years with good track records.

HOW TO JOIN?

  • Match Criteria First match criteria like Professional degree, membership, experience etc. and agree to T&C and Policies.
  • Create profile CLICK on "CREATE PROFILE" and proceed for registration step by step with correct particulars and expertise.
  • Approval Either get approved or Rejected within 2 working days. On approval you get Login ID and Password on your registered Email ID and Mobile no.
    Profile Completed with all particulars along with attachment of required documents gets quick approval.
  • Start Consultation After approval, your profile shall get live on our portal and users can check your profile and book your appointment for online video consultation by paying fee.

      You get intimation of your consultation schedule time on registered email Id and Mobile number.

      Your get reminder SMS before 15 mins. of schedule time.

      3. Click on CONNECT
      4. You will be redirected to Chat Room
      RECOMMENDED to use browser Google Chrome, Firefox or Opera on Laptop/desktop only.
  • Can I set my Consultation Timing and Fees?
    • Yes. There is option to set available consultation hours and Fees per 5 minutes basis ( 5 Mins/10 Mins/15 Mins/20 Mins/25 Mins and 30 Mins).
  • If someone booked my appointment; How I will get informed?
    • You will get instant Email and SMS for every booking with details of client name, schedule date and time, matter of consultation etc.

      Again before 15 minutes of Scheduled time, you will get a SMS reminder and joining link.

      ALTERNATIVELY , You can Login at your panel and check all appointment list on 'Video Consultation Schedule' page. And connect with client therefrom.
  • Is Linkedin profile page compulsory?
    • Not Compulsory. But we prefer professionals to put their social media page. It help users and clients to take a quick tour of your profile before booking appointment. To attract users, we recommend to show ur linkedin page here.
  • Why Professional Profile Presentation is important here?
    • Most of the users are first time for the consultant here. A Good presentable Profile always helps user to choose their right consultant.
      With an eye catching true and correct profile describing your areas of expertise and past works, educational background and achievements helps to increase your leads.
  • How to get Login ID and Password?
    • System generated Login ID and Password send on your Registered Email ID and Mobile number.
  • Can I update or Edit my profile?
    • Once your Profile get Approved, you can update data by login. Our team reviews all updated profile before approve it.
  • What are the various other benefits an Associate Consultant can avail from us?
    • We generate work leads and most of the works we outsource to our associate consultants at our prescribed rate.
      Interested Associate consultants can send separate request for this after 6 months of their joining.
  • How users or client pays booking fee?
    • Users or clients pay us online and book your appointment. We fortnightly remit your fee after deduction of facility charges and transaction fee.
  • Can I track my transaction data and MIS?
    • Yes. All details available at your panel.
  • Is there any additional Facility to provide Video Consultation to my existing clients?
    • Yes. We have separate facility for this. To utilise this Private Video Consultation Application, Go to 'Private Video Chat’ page and create Chat Room. Fix your schedule time and send joining link. System automatically send joining link to your client/invitee(s).
      Start Video Consultation with One to One or one to Multiple persons, Share Documents and side-by-side text chat facility.
  • Is consultation conversation is secured here?
    • Yes from our side. We do not maintain or store database of your conversation records and any shared file.
      It is your responsibility to maintain privacy of your client and keep safe their shared documents.
      Further we do not take liability and responsibility of the conversation, shared documents or any kind of text messages exchanged between you and client ( includes guest participants). We do not monitor directly or indirectly any Chat Room activities.
      This system or application or portal simply acts as a tool or medium of communication delivery.
  • Whether my profile data and documents submitted here is secured?
    • Yes. We do not share or sell your information to third party.
  • "I'm on leave". How to Manage my Appointments that time?
    • Incase you are temporarily not available to attend client, then follow below step to manage booking,
      1. Go to PROFILE Page and select date range ( from & to).
      2. Click on DISABLE BOOKING button.
      Your booking will not be accepted during this period.
  • How to De-activate my profile temporarily?
    • Visit your 'Dashboard' and Change status from Active to De-active mode.
      Your profile shall remain HIDE to users till you become Active again.
  • How can I delete my Profile?
    • Send a request at info@fintaxx.in. Your profile will be deleted permanently within 2 working days.
  • Is there any feedback mechanism available in chat consultation?
    • After successful chat conversation ( or consultation), we take online feedback from Consultant and Users both.
